Tyler S. Rounds
Born in Boise, Idaho, graduated from Middleton High School, 2001; graduated from the University of Idaho, Bachelor of Science, 2005; graduated from University of Idaho School of Law, Juris Doctor, 2007; member of Idaho Law Review; clerked for the Honorable Thomas J. Ryan, 2008-2009 admitted to the Idaho State Bar and US District Court. Tyler was a former board member of the Idaho Third District Bar, a current board member of the family law section of the Idaho State Bar, and also a member of the Idaho Academy of Leadership for Lawyers. Tyler and his family live in Eagle.

Heidi K. Koonce
Born in Sun Valley, Idaho, as a fourth-generation Idahoan. Graduated from Wood River High School in 1992; graduated from University of Idaho in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts in English; traveled extensively through Asia and South America before entering Law School at the University of Idaho, Juris Doctor in 2004; admitted to the Washington State Bar in 2004, the Idaho State Bar and the U.S. District Bar in 2005. Member of the Idaho Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers since 2005.
Heidi has dedicated her entire law career to defending the accused in criminal matters.
Spencer A. Winningham
Born and raised in Florida. Spencer graduated from Boise State University in 2019 earning his Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, with an emphasis in Public Law and Political Philosophy; graduated from Liberty University School of Law in 2023 earning his Juris Doctorate. Upon returning to Idaho with his wife after law school, Spencer passed the Idaho State Bar. He was admitted to the Idaho State Bar and the United States District and Bankruptcy Court, District of Idaho.
Spencer is dedicated to upholding constitutional rights and ensuring justice, practicing Criminal Defense and Family Law.
